2019
Mr. WU Po Sum acquired a 63.5% equity stake in DIT and gave strong support to the company in its development by providing finance and business opportunities, by facilitating cooperation between DIT and its parent company in innovation and by allowing DIT to leverage the brand influence of its parent company.
The company adopted its current name—DIT Group Limited.
Some of DIT’s plants saw profits rise sharply due to the upgrading of its technology and management. Particularly, its plant in Nanjing reported a full-year net profit of RMB28 million, making it the most profitable PC component plant in Jiangsu Province.
DIT successfully organized the Fifth National BIM Academic Conference, becoming the first private enterprise to serve as the event organizer.

2018
With the EMPC business model, DIT won the tender for the construction of the Intercity Green Space in Changsha, Hunan Province. Standing 130 meters high, Intercity Green Space was the first supertall prefabricated residential building in the province and also the tallest prefabricated residential building in China.
DIT submitted the highest number of patent applications in the Chinese PC industry for the fourth consecutive year and was recognized by CNIPA as the only Chinese prefabricated construction company to have won the title of the “Competitive Enterprise with the Advantage of Intellectual Property”.

2017
DIT launched its proprietary iDrawin 5MAC IT system, which was the first of its kind globally. This marked the first Building Information Modeling (BIM)-based integration of all the four components in the value chain of the construction industry, namely, engineering, procurement, construction, and manufacturing (EPCM) in China.
Investors in DIT converted their convertible bonds into the shares of the company.
DIT optimized its asset-light business model and disposed of a portion of its equity stakes in three of its science parks, which are located in Hangzhou, Nanjing, and Pingdingshan, respectively.

2016
DIT set up science parks in Foshan, Hangzhou, Hengyang, Huizhou, Kunshan and Nanjing. The parks were put into operation the same year.
DIT achieved a breakthrough in the development of industrialized construction, surpassing all other players in the industry by submitting a total of more than 400 patent applications to the National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).

DIT completed its corporate restructuring with a successful issuance of shares and convertible bonds.
DIT expanded into key geographical markets such as Guangdong, Zhejiang and Hunan provinces.
