Our Businesses

The engineering, procurement and construction management (“EMPC”) model pioneered by DIT in China is based on a general contractor model, which has allowed the company to extend the scope of its business to cover the whole value chain of industrialized construction. Such model has also allowed the company to integrate design, intelligent manufacturing, centralized procurement, logistics, final assembly, management and quality control into a the whole process of producing standardized PC components for a diversity of structures.
Currently, DIT directly runs 10 plants, has eight franchised plants run by its business partners, and manages several plants as a trustee.
DIT leads China’s PC industry in the adoption of smart technology in PC component plants and the standards of production management.
