CPC Hunan Provincial Committee Guesthouse Renovation
With a total floor area of 10,176.84 square meters, this project was built with a frame structure with a prefabrication ratio of 51%. It was designated as an exemplary project to showcase prefabricated construction in Hunan Province. DIT’s plant in Changsha provided PC components and technical support for the project.
