CR Land City (Phase II) in Qingdao, Shandong Province
With a total floor area of 51,000 square meters, this project utilized shear-wall structures with a prefabrication ratio of 35%, and it was designated as an exemplary project to showcase standardized construction site management in Qingdao. DIT’s plant in Jiaozhou provided PC components and technical support for the project.
