DIT has developed six categories of proprietary technologies for industrialized construction by leveraging the synergy between itself and its parent company, Drawin Group. These technologies cover the whole value chain of the PC industry and have enabled DIT to lead the industry in R&D and design. As of the end of 2019, Drawin Group had submitted a total of 1,619 patent applications, including 505 for inventions. DIT has been granted 1,045 patents. This made it the company with the highest number of submitted patent applications in China’s PC industry for the fifth consecutive year. Among DIT’s patented technologies is the iDrawin 5MAC IT system, which was independently developed by DIT and marked the first successful case of BIM-based EMPC integration in China. Thanks to its intelligent parameter design, the efficiency of this system is 8-10 times higher than that of an average product on the market.
